Bernoully's Influence Map by bernoully Bernoully's Influence Map by bernoully
Hey look, fun meme! Let's all jump onto the bandwagon~!

As you can see, I'm a sand pudding of peculiar tastes.

1. Kazuma Kaneko: My biggest, most-revered influence that I have at first place in my heart. His designs are unique and to me, unmatched to everyone else. *salutes*

2. Shigenori Soejima: What can you expect from Kaneko's colleague and protégé, and the second man to take helm of Shin Megami Tensei series? Aside from Kaneko-ness, he draws damn cute girls!

3. John Kricfalusi: Aka. John K., creator of Ren and Stimpy. His blog not only champions cartoon fundamentals, but also there's also a circle of purebreed cartoonists around him.

4. Hergé: You know, The Adventures of Tintin. To me, it's strange why a man of such great skill and influence have so little effect on artists outside France and Belgium. Second place in my heart!

5. Katie Rice: She draws the awesome Skadi comics at Dumm Comics. Very refreshing cartoony stuff~

6. *gueuzav: He who is responsible for the sexy, cute, super well-drawn characters in Wakfu and Dofus. Totally a man demanding freakin' respect!

7. Kali Fontecchio: An awesome girl who draws sexy cute girls, very admirable stuff. Thumbs up material!

8. Tetsuya Nomura: Famous for several instalments of Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, etc. He was an early influence, hence the smallest block. Sorry man. :D

9. Franken Fran: Aka. the mangaka Katsuhisa Kigitsu. My newest influence, and man I like his functional, workable style. Teaches me a lot about storytelling vs. functional style!

If you haven't done it yet, which I kinda doubt, then you can visit Fox-orian's template over here: [link]

ya, kind of, but actually this is a good thing! You will have more style coverage and not bonded in only one type of drawing style =D

Same here, I have all of them in hardcover book editions (which means I don't have Tintin et l'alph-art or the Congo one).

Ohh, the trailer! I always wanted to watch the Tintin animation, but I can never find it here in my country, haha~
